The verdict
The sauna we would put in our own home. Full-spectrum heat, low-EMF, and a limited lifetime residential warranty on the cabin, heaters, controls, and wiring, among the strongest coverage in infrared. It runs cooler than a traditional sauna, so expect a gentler, longer session. Heat carries the strongest evidence of anything we cover, most of it from traditional Finnish saunas. Infrared has its own smaller body of research, and we tell you which is which.
Why it is the only Editor's Pick on the site
Our rule is Strong or Exceptional on every dimension, with no exceptions. Across four lanes and eighteen rated products, this is the one that clears it. Cold has no Editor's Pick. Red light has none. Where it wins
Build and the one-job line take top marks. The lifetime residential coverage on the parts that actually fail, cabin structure and heaters, is the strongest in the category and is what carries the Company line to four.
On the Evidence line, plainly
Heat scores Strong, not Exceptional, and the reason matters. The strongest long-term data we cover is a 20-year study of 2,315 men on traditional Finnish sauna, not infrared. Infrared has a smaller base: a randomised trial of far-infrared in 149 heart-failure patients missed its primary endpoint while improving walking distance and heart size. We will not let traditional-sauna research carry an infrared product to the top mark.

Labor covered only for an initial period, and the public page does not state its length. No registration required. Commercial use drops to five years. Who it is for
